Welcome to Edzyte (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.edzyte.com) and the Edzyte mobile application (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Edzyte.

1. Use of Services

Edzyte provides educational content and resources primarily for students from the 6th standard onwards. You agree to use our Platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Minors: If you are under the age of 18 (“Minor”), you may only use Edzyte with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Guardian Responsibility: By allowing a Minor to use the Platform, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and takes full responsibility for the Minor's activity and adherence to the Families Policy safety guidelines.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. For users under 13, account creation must be performed by or with the explicit permission of a parent/guardian. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Exclusive Property: The structure, design, graphics, lesson summaries, and unique synthesis of educational materials on Edzyte are the exclusive intellectual property of Edzyte, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• Restrictions:You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content for commercial gain without prior written permission. Personal use for study and research is permitted under "fair dealing" provisions.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

• Service Providers: Edzyte utilizes third-party services such as Google Analytics 4, Mailchimp, and Google AdMob.
• Families Policy Compliance:For users identified as children within our target age groups, we strictly serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads from Google Play-certified ad networks. We do not engage in behavioral tracking or profiling of Minors for advertising purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Platform for any illegal or harmful purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
• Scraping, screen-recording, or redistributing content to unauthorized third parties.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Platform's security features

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Educational Accuracy: While we strive for excellence, Edzyte provides content "as is" for informational purposes. We do not warrant that all materials are error-free or exhaustive.
• Liability:To the extent permitted by law (including the Indian DPDP Act), Edzyte shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or app functionality. Updates will be posted with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of Edzyte constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
